The Setup (for Designers)

Create a project and build your image collection.

Start by creating a new project in Style Profiler. Give it a name and get to work pulling in inspiration images.

Easy import

Pull from Pinterest, paste any URL, or upload directly from your files. Add as many images as you need — there's no cap.

Organize by room

Tag images by space — living room, kitchen, bedroom, and more. Style Profiler uses your organization to break down your client's preferences room by room in the profile.

Don't overthink curation

Don't overthink the curation. Contradictory images are useful — the more range your client has to react to, the more precisely the profile can zero in on what they actually love.

Include things you're not sure about. That's the point.

Send via magic link

When your image collection is ready, Style Profiler generates a magic link for your client. Send it by email, text, Slack — however you communicate with your clients. They click the link, and they're in.

Easy rating experience

The rating experience is built to be intuitive and frictionless. Your client sees each image and reacts to it — no design vocabulary required, no complicated scales. Just gut reaction. The experience takes most clients about five to ten minutes to complete.

Complete at their own pace

Progress saves automatically. If your client needs to step away, they can pick up exactly where they left off — no need to start over.

The Style Profile

We generate your client's complete style profile.

Once your client completes their session, Style Profiler goes to work. Our AI analyzes every rating and generates a structured, detailed style profile — a real document you can use, not a vague summary.

The style profile includes:

Style Archetype

A named primary style direction (Japandi, Coastal, Mid-Century Modern, Transitional, etc.) and a brief description of what the ratings say about your client's core aesthetic sensibility.

Color Palette

Preferred hues, undertones, and palette personality drawn from image ratings — specific enough to actually inform sourcing and specification decisions.

Material Preferences

Textures, finishes, and material families your client responded positively to across the session.

Room-by-Room Breakdowns

If you organized images by room, the profile surfaces per-space preferences. Because a client's living room sensibility and their bedroom sensibility are often meaningfully different.

Contradictions

Most clients don't have a perfectly consistent aesthetic — and that's useful information. The profile surfaces the places where their ratings pull in opposite directions, so you can have that conversation intentionally at the start rather than discover the tension mid-project.

Every insight in the taste profile links back to the specific image reactions that produced it. Wonder why a particular color palette or style direction was surfaced? The evidence is right there — traceable, explainable, and easy to walk a client through. No black box.
