More time to design. Less time managing everything else.
Tools that remove hours from your process — and help your business run more smoothly.
Our story
When Lindsay started her own interior design studio, she expected better tools.
They didn’t exist. So she created a system to run her projects end-to-end — from client discovery to product tracking to invoicing and approvals.
What used to take 30 minutes — like building and sending invoices — took one.
Work that was repetitive became automatic.
Errors dropped.
Clients had clear visibility into decisions and costs.
It didn’t just save time — it created a smoother process, stronger client trust, and a business that felt easier to run.
Other designers and builders saw it and immediately wanted it, but it wasn’t scalable.
Building better tools together.
Lindsay shared her idea and what she'd built with her lifelong best friend Rachel, a product builder who had spent years working on a different side of the same problem.
Lindsay had built and used this system inside real client projects — where every inefficiency adds up.
Rachel had spent nearly two decades designing software for complex, high-stakes workflows — where systems need to reduce effort, not add to it.
Independently, they were solving adjacent pieces of the same challenge.
One inside the day-to-day reality of design work, one inside the systems that support it.
When those perspectives came together, it became clear:
This wasn’t just a better tool.
It was a better way to run the work behind interior design.
What we're building
Glintera is software designed to take work off your plate — not add to it.
We’re starting with Style Profiler: A tool that turns client image ratings into a clear understanding of their taste — before the project begins.
From there, we’re building toward a system that supports the full lifecycle of a project:
Fewer manual tasks
Fewer errors
More transparency for clients
A process that runs more smoothly from start to finish
It’s already being used and refined inside real projects — by working designers.
When the operational side of your business works better:
You get time back
You make fewer mistakes
Your clients trust the process more
So you can spend your energy where it matters — on the design itself.

Rachel Diesel
CEO & Co-Founder
Rachel has spent the better part of two decades as a founding designer inside fintech startups, building tools for industries where precision is non-negotiable and a single misread detail can cost someone real money or real trust.
Along the way she developed a quiet obsession with turning messy human decisions into calm, confident ones.
When Lindsay brought her the idea for Glintera, the pattern was immediately familiar: talented designers doing brilliant creative work inside business systems that set them up to lose time, money, and momentum.
Rachel handles product, design, and engineering, and works alongside Lindsay to build Glintera with the designer's time, dignity, and creative instincts at the center.

Lindsay Mindler
Co-Founder
Lindsay is the working interior designer at the heart of the product. Before starting her own studio, she was VP of Design at Pinterest, where she led teams building products used by hundreds of millions of people.
Today she runs Sage and Gray, a residential interior design studio known for thoughtful, deeply personal work, and that combination, a seasoned product leader who now runs a small design business, is what makes her perspective on Glintera so sharp. She knows where small studios lose hours, where good software could give them back, and where most tools miss the mark.
The original idea for Glintera was hers. She brings strategic thinking, domain expertise, a real-world test bed, and the blunt feedback that keeps Glintera honest.
Built with designers
Glintera is being built alongside working designers — starting with the studio where it began.
It’s already being used, tested, and refined inside real projects. If you're interested in tools that are designed to remove hours from your process, our waitlist is open.
